Instead of a sandwich make it a platter. Try making the hommus yourself, it’s really easy.
All in blender:
1 can rinsed chickpeas
1 lemon juiced
1 clove peeled garlic
2 heaped tablespoons hulled tahini
Really good slug olive oil
Small slug water
Yum, I served this with corn cakes, prosciutto, herbed salad and grilled capsicum from a jar. Can tasty get any healthier?
